Obituary for Amanda Christine Robinson

Warren - Amanda Christine Robinson, 30, of Warren, died unexpectedly Friday, September 13, 2019 .

She was born in Providence, a daughter of Anthony Dominick of Maryland and Theresa Kathleen Robinson of Warren.

Miss Robinson worked as a clerk for the U.S. Postal Service for the last three years working in the Tiverton Post Office.

Amanda was Graduate of the former Our Lady of Fatima High School Class of 2006.

Amanda was a parishioner of St. Thomas the Apostle Church, where she was an Altar Server for many years.

Amanda will be remembered for being a jokester, a prankster, she also enjoyed comedy and was always making people laugh. She also loved the Beatles Music and John Lennon Music.
Amanda liked to travel and was an avid reader.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her Grandmother, Joan (Cheetham) Robinson of Warren, her Uncles; Joseph Robinson of Warren, Russel and Barbara Robinson of Bristol, and Andrew Robinson of Somerset, MA.
Her boyfriend Doug Waite of Tiverton, RI.

She was also survived by her cousins, Duane, Ashlee, Adam, Nicole, Megan, Casey, and Daniel.

She was the granddaughter of the late Everett Robinson Jr.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 8:30am from the SMITH FUNERAL and MEMORIAL SERVICES, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, RI, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 500 Metacom Avenue, Warren.

Burial will follow in South Burial Ground, Warren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours are Monday from 4:00 – 7:00 pm.

Gifts in her memory, may be sent to St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 500 Metacom Avenue ,Warren, RI, 02885.

I worked with Amanda at Life Inc. She knew my son was a Beatles fan and gave me some of her Beatles trading cards for my son.He treasured them.

So sorry to hear of Amanda’s passing. We shared a common interest in the Beatles—she brought me Beatles trading cards which I keep on my desk and John Lennon stamps which I treasure and will never use for postage. She was very special to me and I will miss her greatly.
